Frequently asked questions
Can it translate a live stream or online class?
Yes. With phone audio it translates the sound of the app you are using on Android 10 and newer; some apps don’t allow their audio to be captured. On older Android versions use the microphone.
Does it read the translation aloud?
No. Real-time voice translation shows live captions only. Read-aloud is available for subtitle translation.
Does it work offline?
Speech recognition can run offline for supported languages. Translation needs an internet connection.
