Which formats work?

SubRip (.srt) and WebVTT (.vtt). The file comes back in the same format you uploaded.

Will my timings change?

No. Only the text of each cue is translated. Every timestamp is copied through unchanged.

Do you keep my file?

No. The file is translated in memory and returned. Nothing is stored and no account is needed.

Is there a limit?

Yes. One file at a time, roughly an hour of subtitles per file, and a few files per day per visitor. Translation costs us money, so the free tier is capped.
