You can request deletion of your Video Voice Translate account and all associated data at any time.
What gets deleted
Account profile — email, login info, device link
Subscription / VIP status and quota records
Translation history, video tasks and their extracted audio files
Feedback, invite records, and other data linked to your account
For financial and legal compliance, purchase receipts are kept in de-identified form only —
your email is replaced by a non-reversible id and can no longer be linked back to you.
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
Open Video Voice Translate → Me tab → Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, email us and we will verify and delete your account within 30 days:
